TARGET BEHAVIOR RELATIONSHIP WITH LABOR STUDENT ACHIEVEMENT DIII MIDWIFERY PROGRAM ACADEMY OF HEALTH RAJEKWESI BOJONEGORO 2011

One of the competencies to be achieved by the Academy of Health Rajekwesi midwifery students are labor target achievement of at least 35 times, while the factors that can support the success of the clinical practice of obstetrics assessed on the achievement of delivery targets to be met during the educational process in akes Rajekwesi Bojonegoro DIII Midwifery Program, but not all students can achieve the target of 100% in final delivery, based on the recapitulation of the final childbirth education targets in 2010 that students could achieve less than 80% of the total number of student. In effort to determine the relationship of behavior with student achievement of delivery targets the DIII Midwifery Program researchers conducted a study conducted in August-September 2011 at the Academy of Health Rajekwesi Bojonegoro.

This type of observational study design with analytical, and Cros-sectional approach, the inferential statistical analysis techniques with a significant level of 5% and the level of confidence (95% confidence level). Linear regression analysis techniques using simplified based on the functional or causal relationships between the independent variables with one dependent variable. The results showed any increase in the behavior score will give an increase of 0.610 achievement of delivery targets, Ho is rejected. 

The conclusion of good behavior can accelerate student achievement of the target labor Prodi DIII Midwifery Bojonegoro Rajekwesi Health Academy 2011. Respondents should be more disciplined in recording.
